Executive Office will make hotel reservations on your behalf based on your registration. Attendees will need to bring a credit card to put on file with the hotel for incidentals, including movies, room service, etc. Guest rooms include free high-speed internet access, fitness center access and two bottles of water per day. You are responsible for your travel to and from the airport. Self-parking is available on-site at a discounted rate of $17.60 per day or $31 for valet parking, plus applicable taxes.

Check-in time is 4 p.m.
Check-out time is 11 a.m. - Luggage holding areas will be provided during the conclusion of Convention on Thursday, July 5

 

BOOKING YOUR TRAVEL

Please view the schedule at a glance to determine travel needs.

  • If you are attending LEADDD only, plan to arrive on Sunday, July 1 before 4 p.m. and depart Monday, July 2 after 7 p.m., or anytime Tuesday (extra hotel night needed).
  • If you are attending Convention only, plan to arrive any time Monday, July 2. Convention will begin Tuesday, July 3 at 9 a.m. Convention ends on Thursday, July 5 at 12:30 p.m., so flights should depart after 2 p.m.
  • If you plan to attend both LEADDD and Convention, plan to arrive on Sunday, July 1 before 4 p.m. and depart on Thursday, July 5 after 2 p.m.

Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport (DFW) - approximately 6 miles from the Gaylord Texan
Dallas Love Field (DAL) - approximately 20 miles from the Gaylord Texan

GROUND TRANSPORTATION

Upon arrival, use a taxi or ride share service and head to the Gaylord Texan Resort and Convention Center. Attendees are responsible for the cost and coordination of their transportation to and from the airport. Registration will be on the 3rd floor of the Gaylord Convention Center.

ATTENDANCE AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Per our Fraternity Collegiate Policies: The collegiate chapter president or appointed delegate is required to attend Convention and/or Leadership Conferences. Permission to be excused must be requested from the collegiate coordinator of that region. If the chapter is not represented by a delegate, the chapter will be charged for attendance and will be placed on Probation during the following term.

Refund requests must be sent to convention@trideltaeo.org and will be processed no later than four weeks after the last day of Convention. Refunds will be issued in the same form as payment received. Tri Delta will offer a full refund on cancellations received through June 26, 2018. No cancellations will be processed after June 27, 2018.
