Collegiate Chapter President

Jessika Coltz, Carnegie Mellon

Jessika is currently a high school teacher and small business owner. Before becoming a teacher, she worked in residence life and fraternity/sorority affairs and has traveled the country facilitating workshops for Tri Deltas and college students. She enjoys running, baking and hanging out with her family, including her three little kids and one giant dog.

Alaina Ploski, Butler

Alaina Ploski is an Organizational Development Project Manager at Encompass Health (located in Birmingham, Alabama), one of the nation's largest providers of post-acute healthcare. She oversees onboarding processes, facilitates training, serves as a regional consultant, and measures and evaluates program outcomes. Prior to her role at Encompass Health, she worked for Jefferson County, Alabama, creating and administering employment selection tests for a variety of jobs. She attended Butler University and received a bachelor's degree in psychology, then Eastern Kentucky University where she obtained her master's degree in industrial-organizational psychology. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her dogs, reading, and eating at local Birmingham restaurants.

Megan Meussner, Tulsa

Megan has over 15 years of leadership experience in the higher education and non-profit sectors, holding various administrative roles at The University of Tulsa, her alma mater. Through the years, Megan has been a community volunteer in various non-profit organizations in Tulsa, chairing campaigns and galas in support of their missions. Megan currently serves as collegiate district officer for Region 8, with prior roles of alumna advisor, lifetime membership advisor and co-president of the Tulsa Area Alumnae Chapter. In her free time, Megan enjoys attending concerts and spending time with her family and friends. Megan is an avid reader and a proud foodie, so she is always available to provide book or restaurant recommendations.

Mallory Womble, Wofford

Mallory joined Tri Delta at Wofford College, where she received a B.A. in government. After graduating, she completed her Master of International Development degree at the University of Pittsburgh while working in the nonprofit sector. As an alumna, Mallory has held a number of volunteer roles, and currently serves as both a collegiate district officer in Region 1 and a BodyImage3D facilitator. Mallory is a grants manager for American Jewish World Service, where she supports a portfolio of grants to organizations fighting to promote human rights across the world. She is a Pittsburgh-transplant living in New York City with her husband and rescue dog and is a member of the Gotham Rock Choir.

Allison Lackey Peschel, Millikin

Allison Peschel is the Director of Client Service at JB Training Solutions, a global learning and development company based in Chicago, IL. Allison has served as a chapter development consultant, recruitment coordinator and a member of the Leadership Development Committee. She currently serves on Tri Delta's Streamlined Governance Committee and as a facilitator for Tri Delta/AAUW Smart Start Salary Negotiation Program. When she's not focused on leadership development, Allison can be found ClassPassing, keeping up with the British Royal Family, and spending time with her husband, Kyle, and daughter, Vienna.

Christina Langford Kluth, Stephen F. Austin

Christina graduated from Stephen F. Austin State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in fashion merchandising. She has been an active alumna member serving the NW Harris County Alumnae Chapter in many officer positions including 15 years as the reference chair. Nationally, Christina served as a collegiate district officer from 2011-2017 and ritual specialist. She is currently a member of the Alumnae Expansion Task Force. Christina and her husband, John, live in Cypress, TX. They have three children – Jessica, Cameron and Kirby. In her spare time, Christina enjoys playing tennis, crafting, reading, and spending time at their Hill Country “Ranch” near Dripping Springs, TX.

Christi Guzik, Carnegie Mellon

Christi Guzik is a Senior Technical Writer and Content Strategist working at Dell Boomi in Chesterbrook, PA. Working on an online product, she focuses her writing efforts on effective on-screen text and leads content initiatives such redesigning the official online documentation for the Boomi product line. She holds a bachelor’s degree in technical writing and communication and a master’s degree in professional writing from Carnegie Mellon University. Christi began volunteering for Tri Delta as an alumnae specialist in 2014, receiving the Volunteer Service Award at Convention 2018. In her free time, she enjoys reading, baking, watching Broadway musicals on trips to New York City, and exploring the museums and historical sites in and around Philadelphia.

Melissa Still, Colorado State

Melissa works as a business strategist and product manager where she is currently working in the financial industry overseeing business process refinement and software application implementation. Prior to working in finance, she spent eight years working in consumer goods, apparel and organizational development. She attended Colorado State University and received a B.S. in apparel design production and a B.A. in Communicative Studies. Melissa earned her Master of Business Administration from the University of Denver. Melissa currently serves as a Tri Delta Panhellenic specialist, Panhellenic area advisor, Denver Area Panhellenic Delegate and Body Image 3D facilitator. She lives in Colorado and enjoys traveling, skiing, scuba diving, and cooking. Melissa plans to complete her 5th Triathlon this summer.

Risk Reduction

Kristen Kardas, Adelphi

Kristen is from Avon, CT, and currently serves as the Assistant Director for Sorority & Fraternity Life at Ohio University and Tri Delta recruitment specialist. She received her bachelor’s degree in communications from Adelphi University, and then went on to the University of Massachusetts Amherst where she served as the Interfraternity Council advisor and received her master’s degree in higher education administration. Kristen also works for CAMPUSPEAK, Inc. as an Interactive Workshop Facilitator and delivers the Alcohol Skills Training Program for several national fraternities and sororities. In addition, she holds volunteer roles within NASPA’s Fraternity/Sorority Knowledge Community, the Association of Fraternity/Sorority Advisors (AFA), and the Association of Fraternal Leadership and Values (AFLV).

Nicole Belinsky, Pi Beta Phi

Nicole serves as the Chapter Development Director for Delta Upsilon International Fraternity based out of Indianapolis, IN. In her role, she works directly with 20 chapters throughout the country to support in loss prevention strategy implementation, recruitment coaching and operational improvement. In addition, Nicole oversees the accreditation processes for all Delta Upsilon chapters, as well as works with alumni officers throughout the Fraternity. Nicole recently graduated from the University of South Carolina with her Master of Education in higher education and student affairs. Nicole developed an appreciation for challenging students to hold one another accountable by emphasizing interpersonal relationships due to her own undergraduate experience and while holding the role of a leadership development consultant for Pi Beta Phi. Nicole loves to travel and find new coffee shops to spend time in along the way.

Judy Wittenben Haw, Texas A&M

Judy serves as one of the Chapter Advisors and the Recruitment Advisor for the Theta Xi chapter at the University of Southern California. In addition to working with the women of Theta Xi, she is also the Director of the Supplemental Instruction program at USC. She earned both a B.S. in biomedical science and an M.S. in education administration from Texas A&M University. Both of her daughters were Tri Deltas at USC! Judy enjoys travel and this summer she plans to visit Russia!

Gabriel Jackson Renstrom, California/Davis

Gaby is a litigation attorney with a specialty in products liability. She is passionate about mentoring young women to achieve their goals and has served as alumna advisor to Pi Chapter at UC Berkeley. She currently mentors several Pi officers and is on Tri Delta's Ritual Committee and the Undergraduate Collegiate Scholarship Committee.

Jenna Kamlet, Colorado

Jenna lives in Denver and is currently enjoying her time working with Make-A-Wish Colorado where she is supporting the development of one of the foundation’s newest initiatives and assisting with the chapter’s Kids For Wish Kids program. Prior to this, Jenna served Tri Delta as a chapter development consultant for two years. During this time, she helped open three new chapters and visited 30 additional chapters to assist with leadership development and to provide support for the chapters’ overall health and well-being. Jenna attended University of Colorado, Boulder where she received a bachelor’s degree in business administration with an emphasis in marketing. In her free time, Jenna enjoys reading, writing, trying new restaurants in Denver, taking her dog, Penelope, for walks in the park and spending time with her younger sisters.

Candy Rivera, Adelphi

Candy is from Long Island, NY, where she attended Adelphi University and joined the Alpha Alpha Chapter in her sophomore year. Currently she serves as the Assistant Director of Education at Phi Gamma Delta (FIJI) Headquarters where she oversees Leadership, Pledge Education, Scholarship, Community Service, Philanthropy and Mental Health initiatives for the fraternity. She volunteers for Tri Delta as a recruitment specialist, Body Image 3D facilitator and Start Smart facilitator. Candy lives in Lexington, KY, with her fiancé Ryan and their one-year old puppy named Thunder.

Maureen Fillmore, Gamma Phi Beta

Maureen serves as the Coordinator of Greek Life & Student Leadership at California State University, Bakersfield, where she oversees all aspects of the fraternity and sorority community and delivers leadership development programs for all students. Prior to her work in higher education, Maureen co-owned a successful company in the oil and gas industry. She attended California State University, Bakersfield, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a master’s degree in counseling. Maureen volunteers with various fraternal organizations, facilitating and advising collegians and advisors. In her spare time, Maureen enjoys spending time with her family, including her three children: Jaylen, 11, Kaydence, 7, and Londyn, 4 months.

Meghan Bullard, Creighton

Meghan serves as a Coordinator for Fraternity and Sorority Life Programs at the University of Iowa where she oversees the Panhellenic Council and its members chapters as well as community wide service and philanthropy efforts. She attended Creighton University and received a bachelor’s degree in elementary education. Meghan holds a master’s degree in student affairs in higher education from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, where she worked as a graduate assistant in the Cliff Alexander Office of Fraternity and Sorority Life. Meghan loves to craft, bake and read.

Membership

Abby Beaty, Millikin

Abby works as an Elections Specialist for the Illinois State Board of Elections where she assists candidates and political parties with understanding state election law and procedures on becoming a candidate in Illinois. She attended Millikin University where she graduated with a bachelor's degree in political science with an English-writing minor. In her free time, Abby enjoys kickboxing, watching Dallas Cowboys football and volunteering for Tri Delta.

Stacy Duncan, North Dakota

Stacy serves as a remote volunteer alumnae advisor of operations at North Dakota State University for Tri Delta’s Epsilon Omicron chapter where she assists with the financial transactions and overall operations of the chapter. Stacy helped start the chapter and was a lead volunteer in starting the local alumnae chapter. Additionally, Stacy serves as a volunteer alumnae of chapter development for the Southwestern Region 10. Outside of her work with Tri Delta, she works full time at Noridian Healthcare Solutions as a proposal coordinator. She attended the University of North Dakota and received a bachelor’s degree in public administration with a minor in political science. She holds a master’s degree in business administration with a specialty in Human Resources. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, running, teaching fitness classes and spending time with family/friends. Stacy recently moved to the Phoenix, AZ, area with her husband, Josh. They have a two-year-old daughter, Callie, and a fur baby Husky-mix, Maggie.

Rachel K. de Jesus, Northern Arizona

Rachel de Jesus currently serves as the alumna advisor for the Northern Arizona University, Phi Omicron chapter, which is also where she received her bachelor's degrees in elementary, special, and early childhood education. She attended Arizona State University for her M.Ed. in curriculum and instruction: applied behavior analysis, and currently works as a high school special education teacher. She is working on a post-baccalaureate degree through Utah State University in hopes of eventually earning a doctorate in audiology. Rachel enjoys her part time bartending and tutoring gigs, and loves to travel, read, rock climb, snowboard, visit U.S. National Parks, run marathons and thru hike.

Pam Casson, Dartmouth

Pam serves as Sr. Manager, Strategic Marketing at Deloitte where she leads the strategic marketing plan to promote the Deloitte brand and expertise in the North Texas market. Prior to Deloitte, Pam worked at American Airlines leading marketing plans for their new fleet, domestic and international routes and represented American Airlines marketing in their global alliances with other airlines. Pam has more than 30 years of marketing experience, and also served Tri Delta as a chapter development consultant, worked at Executive Office in collegiate chapter development and served various regional roles for recruitment throughout the country. She is a mother of three young adult children and is excited to start doing some of the things on her bucket list now that she has more free time.

Randall A. Goblirsch, Florida Gulf Coast

A born and raised Floridian turned Midwesterner, Randall is the Admissions Marketing and Communications Manager at St. Ambrose University in Davenport, Iowa. Randall holds a bachelor’s degree in communications-public relations and Master of Public Administration degree both from Florida Gulf Coast University. Among other professional associations and volunteer work, she recently served as the board president of Junior League of the Quad Cities. Her passion for leadership and community impact is rooted in her collegiate experiences as the founding chapter president of the Epsilon Alpha chapter of Tri Delta, the first National Panhellenic Conference sorority at Florida Gulf Coast University. Randall lives in Iowa with her husband, Nick, young daughter, Kate and beagle, Winnie.

Lindsey Harris, Oklahoma

Lindsey is currently a recruitment specialist for Tri Delta. She is a two-time recipient of the Mentoring with Purpose Award and has volunteered with Tri Delta for 11 years. Lindsey has a master’s degree in education and is a licensed physical therapist. She was honored as Teacher of the Year in a suburban Dallas school district, and she currently teaches middle school science to students with learning differences. Her favorite and most important role is being a wife and a mother to her three adorable children.

Becka Shetty, Baylor

Becka currently serves as the Associate Director for Transitions and Leadership Programs at Emory University. Becka has over seven years’ experience working in higher education in the areas of leadership development, Greek life, student activities and programming, and new student orientation. Becka received her bachelor’s degree from Baylor University in English, her master’s degree from Florida State University in higher education and is currently a doctoral candidate at the University of Georgia in counseling and student personnel services. She is lucky her career is life-giving (she never feels like she has to “work” a day in her life!). Becka has an amazing husband and a 20-month-old daughter and enjoys reading, writing, Netflixing and movies.

Michelle Hebert Busch, Iowa

Michelle currently volunteers for Tri Delta as a recruitment specialist - emerging chapters in the Northeastern region. Besides that, she runs a busy household including, but not limited to, a hubby, two boys (9 & 7), three dogs and three fish. Prior to her current role, she was a Senior Account Manager at CIGNA Healthcare working with clients ranging from 200-5,000 employees focused on membership retention and recruitment. She worked closely with a team of experts to deliver high quality services and resources to help each client individually meet their fiscal goals, wellness programs, education as well as overall employee healthcare satisfaction. During her spare time, she enjoys seeing friends, traveling, cooking, relaxing, talking and watching British TV.

Chapter Operations & Finance 

Geneva Jahnke, New Mexico

Geneva grew up in Las Cruces, New Mexico, and received her bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of New Mexico. She has lived in multiple places around the country, working primarily in public administration and finance for almost 30 years. She received her M.B.A. from Baker University and is currently the Budget/Fiscal Officer for the College of Agriculture and K-State Research and Extension at Kansas State University.  She has continued to volunteer for Tri Delta serving as an alumnae district officer, alumna advisor, advisor trainer, collegiate district officer, and currently is the collegiate chapter coordinator for Region 8 (Oklahoma and Texas).

Mary Huttlinger McCollum, Northern Arizona

Mary Huttlinger McCollum has over 25 years’ experience working on grassroots and community outreach initiatives in over 20 states, coast-to-coast. She has spent time as a Congressional Chief of Staff, served as a federal and state lobbyist, owned a small retail business with her husband, and served as an operations and strategic consultant to a multitude of non-profits and national political campaigns. Her passion lies in helping people and organizations find their voice and increase their impact in the communities they serve. Mary received her B.A. in business from Northern Arizona University and her M.B.A. from George Washington University in Washington, D.C. She sits on the Board of Directors for the Clermont County Democratic Committee and Central Connections, a nonprofit serving older adults. In her spare time, she is a certified Dive Master and enjoys cheering on the Alabama Crimson Tide and spending time outdoors, bird-watching and hiking.

Jennie Kimbrough King, Alabama

Jennie received both her undergraduate and graduate degrees from The University of Alabama. While she was a collegiate member, she served as pledge class secretary/treasurer, assistant treasurer, and treasurer (this was way before personal computers and software programs entered the picture). Currently, she is the Manager of Educational Programs and a career consultant for the Career Center at The University of Alabama as well as the alumna advisor for Delta Mu Chapter.

Nicole Hughes, Washington State

Nicole has been volunteering for Tri Delta for nearly 25 years in various capacities and areas of the Fraternity. She currently serves as a Director on our National House Corporation Board. Nicole joined Tri Delta at our Theta Nu/Washington State University Chapter where she earned her B.A. in communications/journalism. Nicole lives in the Seattle, WA, area where she works for IBM as a solutions architect focused on data science and artificial intelligence. She enjoys life in the Pacific Northwest by gardening, hiking, paddle boarding and the hectic fun of raising her growing Portuguese water dog puppy – Piper.

Maranda Avery, Wichita State

Maranda works for Koch-Glitsch as a HR Manager assisting employees and the leadership team with all areas of the human resources function. Prior to her current role at Koch-Glitsch, Maranda worked as a Global Mobility Analyst for Koch Business Solution and specialized in the relocation of talent across the Koch Industries enterprise. Maranda currently serves Tri Delta as the collegiate chapter coordinator for Region 7. Prior to serving as a CCCo, Maranda served as a financial specialist and a financial specialist trainer. Maranda is a graduate of Wichita State University with a bachelor’s degree in business administration and human resources. Maranda’s favorite pastimes include traveling, wine tasting and reading.

Sarah Lew, Adelphi

Sarah Lew serves as the Director of Community Engagement at her yoga center where she oversees community programming, classes, wellness education. Sarah is a certified yoga teacher and has been passionately practicing for the last 15 years as a method of empowerment. She attended Adelphi University before traveling as a Tri Delta chapter development consultant and ultimately working at Executive Office for three years. Sarah is an artist and in her free time enjoys teaching youth art classes, hiking, and running around with her diva-dog, Marley.

Lindsey Trione, Boston

Originally from North Carolina, Lindsey earned a Bachelor of Science in hospitality administration from Boston University and a Master of Science in college student development and counseling from Northeastern University. She currently serves as the Assistant Director, Fraternity and Sorority Life at the University of North Carolina Wilmington (UNCW) where she oversees all 30 fraternities and sororities on campus which is roughly 11% of the student body. She has served as a facilitator for several national programs such as the North-American Interfraternity Conference Undergraduate Interfraternity Institute (UIFI) and IMPACT programs as well as LeaderShape’s The Institute. Outside of her day job, Lindsey serves as a financial specialist in Region 8.

Christina Young, UC/Santa Barbara

Christina currently works at Pacific Life Insurance as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator in Newport Beach, CA. At Pacific Life, Christina supports the recruiting process and various internship programs throughout the company. Prior to her role at Pacific Life, she served Tri Delta as a chapter development consultant for two years. During her time as a CDC, she helped establish three new Tri Delta chapters and visited over 20 additional chapters to provide support to our collegiate members. She attended UC Santa Barbara and received a bachelor’s degree in communication. In her free time, she enjoys surfing, skiing, playing tennis and spending time with her friends and family.

June K. Hilton, PH.D., Rhode Island

June serves as Director of Educational Services for the Claremont Unified School District where she oversees curriculum and instruction for grades K-12. She has served Tri Delta in numerous capacities at both the national and local levels, including serving as Director on the Executive Board and Chair of the National House Corporation. June received her Bachelor's and Master's Degrees in secondary science and math education from the University of Rhode Island and her Ph.D. from Claremont Graduate University. In her free time, June enjoys traveling, exploring new restaurants, and searching for antiques.

Kelly Freiberger, Butler

Kelly is a Student Conduct Coordinator and Hearing Officer at IUPUI and served as a Tri Delta volunteer for two years as a risk management advisor and, most recently, a financial specialist. Prior to starting her career, Kelly earned a Bachelor of Science in middle/secondary social studies education from Butler University in 2015 and a Master of Science in education for higher education and student affairs from Indiana University in 2017. Kelly enjoys spending quality time with people and cheering for the Butler Bulldogs.

Philanthropy

Carol Knoche Helmus, Millikin

Carol, Tri Delta's Director of Philanthropy has been a part of the staff for two years. Prior to joining the staff, she logged over 20+ years of volunteer service in many different roles including an alumnae advisor, CDO, collegiate coordinator and Executive Board Director. She also traveled as a chapter development consultant.

Laura Knapp, Toronto

Laura works as the Manager of Knowledge Services at the Ontario Securities Commission where she oversees program development and delivery for library services and training programs for the organization. She serves as an alternate delegate member of Tri Delta’s NPC delegation and is also a Senior RFM Specialist. She attended the University of Toronto and received a bachelor’s degree in English & political science and Master’s Degree in information studies. In her free time, she works with her husband to renovate their cottage and works hard to tire out her two energetic young dogs with long runs and lots of training.

Arden Smith, Rhodes

Arden serves as a sr. chapter development consultant for Tri Delta. Arden has visited over 30 collegiate chapters where she has provided assistance in various areas including finances, operations, risk management and leadership development. Prior to her work with Tri Delta, Arden served at ALSAC/St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital in the Direct Marketing Department and Digital Marketing Department. Arden attended Rhodes College and received a bachelor’s degree in religious studies.

Adrienne Miller, Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.

Adrienne Miller is a Development Representative in Atlanta for ALSAC/St. Jude. There she leads core programs for the majority of the Alabama market as well as parts of Georgia. This includes stewarding the fabulous Tri Delta chapters in Alabama and Georgia. Before coming to St. Jude, she was an International Internal Auditor with Habitat for Humanity and attended Davidson College where she obtained her B.A. in public health and communication studies. She came to love St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital while obtaining her Girl Scout Gold Award, where she focused on Sickle Cell Disease awareness in the African American communities of Houston, TX. She now devotes her time to St. Jude while continuing to dance, read, spend time with her friends, and volunteer with Buckhead Church and the Atlanta Humane Society.

Fran Pickles, Boston

Fran Pickles is a Regional Development Director in the Albany, NY office for ALSAC/St. Jude. In this role, she works alongside volunteers to plan and execute various fundraising events across Upstate, NY. She began her career with ALSAC after graduating from Boston University with a B.S. in hospitality administration. Fran recently earned her Master of Education in Instructional Design at the University of Massachusetts-Boston. Currently, Fran serves on the Board of Directors for the Junior League of Albany and is a member of the Chamber of Commerce’s Young Professionals Network. She enjoys participating in her local kickball league, running half marathons and is on the constant search for the best local eats.

Mary Kate Tolan, Chi Omega

A native Oregonian, Mary Kate studied history and special education at the University of Arizona. In August of 2015 she joined the ALSAC/St. Jude team as a collegiate specialist. She has the pleasure of stewarding ALSAC/St. Jude’s partnerships with Tri Delta Fraternity, Tau Kappa Epsilon Fraternity, Phi Delta Chi Fraternity and Varsity Brands. In her free time, she plays piano, attends church, and loves on her miniature poodle named Minnie.

Audrey Moore, Franklin

Audrey (Audi) is a Tri Delta from Franklin College where she earned a bachelor’s in organizational leadership before attending University of Indianapolis for a master’s in strategy and leadership design. Audi serves as Senior Strategy & Enablement Analyst at Salesforce in Indianapolis. Prior to working at Salesforce, Audi worked at both Tri Delta Executive Office and ALSAC/St. Jude - proving that your Tri Delta experience can drastically change your career. Audi is an avid traveler and reader and loves spending time on patios with her friends and family.

Jillian Grembowicz

A graduate of Bryant University, she earned a B.S. in business administration and graduated summa cum laude. Following undergrad, she moved to Boston and completed a fellowship at Suffolk University while earning her Master of Public Administration with a specialization in nonprofit management. Her work at ALSAC/St. Jude began in 2013 when she was hired in the Boston regional fundraising office. She moved to Memphis in 2016 to the Youth Development Program team. Jillian is a native Vermonter, who loves to ski.  She is a dog mom to her rescue pup, Lou, and spends most of her free time playing recreational sports and checking out the amazing live music scene in Memphis!
